Ashley Holland brings thirty years of experience as the founder of Rock Solid Performance Horses + Equine Therapy. Ashley began riding at the tender age of six and competed throughout most of her childhood and teen years. Her own personal experience supports her in guiding students to become well-rounded equestrians. Ashley has taught and trained for high profile individuals including Bill Horn, Punk Carter and Terry Bradshaw. Ashley has a unique gift of taking green riders and horses from the basics to the winner’s circle by building confidence in all areas of horsemanship.
While working under the legendary Doreen Bruton, founder of Amy’s Wish for Wings, Ashley fell in love with equine therapy and went on to become a CHA instructor and is PATH certified. Rock Solid caters to a diverse riding group and provides lessons, therapy, camps and educational programs for people of all ages and skill levels. Ashley’s primary focus is education while participants learn from hands on experience emphasizing horsemanship. Ashley’s students have received awards in the Buckle Show Series and Texas Playday Association for Barrel Racing, Pole Bending, and Goat Tying.
